This book covers every aspect of having a seder, preparation, traditional foods, and so many wonderful recipes made with leftover matzah. It is fun and informative reading - a must for every Jewish homemaker and Seder maker.
A great resource for anybody who wants to learn how to prepare a Passover Seder. Excellent, easy and manageable recipes. My wife made matzah pizza and the whole family was blown away by how good it was.
This book saved my life. I made a Seder this year for the first time in ages, and I forgot how to prepare some of the dishes. My daughter flew in early to help, and both of us kept running to the pages for another look "at what to do." It was a godsend.
The ultimate modern day Passover Seder resource! If it is now your turn to take over the family Seder, this book will be a big help. Myrna is the master of lists and if you have read her Lists for Living Book, you'd know she is an expert. I think the toffee matzah might be my favorite recipe but she has actual food items as well to feed your guests. There are some other great Passover Cookbooks out there such as the New York Times Passover Cookbook, but What to Do with Your Leftover Matzah is an easy to follow book with great pictures and will guarantee you an excellent and memorable family Passover Seder.
