Thuggin' In NYC Jacori Books Reviews
This was an ok read if there is a part 2 it may be better. The story started off sad and it was just a dreary book. There really wasn't a true story line and you really didn't seem to get to the bottom of anything that was happening. Whatever happened to the best friend? This story needed a climax....I'm thinking part 2 may be better
This book wasn't as fast paced as I'm used to seeing under Leo Sullivan presents however I still enjoyed it. I believe the unanswered questions will be fulfilled in the next installment and I look forward to it. There was betrayal, love, jealousy and also a sense of family.

This series is a beautiful love story, yet very sad in the end. The characters were very well written. I felt like I could have known these people. I really felt so sorry for his wife and children when he was gunned down. The best part was that he was able to make peace with God and his family for all his sons before he was murdered. This is a must read Excellent work Mr. Jacori.
OH MY!!!!! I enjoyed this series but this book was the best. They came full circle as a couple. They had the perfect relationship but we're using alias due to past crimes. Due to Sharice wanting to visit her mother they returned back to NYC Lawrence guilt for leaving his team in a rush he settles a debt for a friend lead to him getting killed. Lawrence confessed his sins to Ann about killing Bishop so he had a clear conscious, but so sad he expired as the end. Glad that Sharice was able to rebuild her life back in NYC so she will have her family & friends while raising her kids..
I loved everything about this book. Lawrence was a respectable upstanding man. Although a drug dealer he was a thinker and very loyal. Going through a tragedy at a young age and running into Bishop the man that helped him survive the mean streets also help mold him into the man he was. Simo Bishops jealous brother-in-law starts a vicious chain of events that also reveals something that will make or break Lawrence. Sharece and Lawrence meet in a bad situation but fall head over heels in love and are now expecting but will they make it is the question. I cannot wait for part 2 to see if they get their happily ever after. Great Read Jacori
This story goes to show you who your true friends are. Who would've thought Bishop was behind Laurence's mother death. Simo was grimey for trying to kill Bishop after all that he did for him. Just so Paul can take back what he thought was rightfully his. So it cost them both big time. I loved Sharice character she loved Laurence no matter what. He did save her life. I wonder what happens to them in pt.2 Great Job
This book kept me interested in what was going to happen next, loving me some Laurence on to part 2
